The mission of the Utah Justice Courts is to improve the quality of life in our communities.
Court Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Closed Holidays.
Court is held: Wednesday afternoon, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
If you are interested in Deferred Traffic Prosecution you can check your eligibility and apply here. Only for those with a Utah license and 21 years of age or older.

Right to Counsel
Citations require either your appearance in a Court proceeding or the Posting of the Fine amount within 14 days of receiving the citation. Failure to comply may result in additional proceedings.
Fine payments may be made at https://www.utcourts.gov/epayments/.
To post the Fine electronically go to www.utcourts.gov. Click the “Make a Payment” text in the “Get Helpful information” group. Click the'District or Justice Court ePayment' button. Please enter either your 'Case Number and select Mantua Justice Court' or the Citation Number (top right of your citation) and click the Search button. When you see the Case you want to pay, click the "Select" checkbox then the "Add to Item(s) for Payment" button. Under the 'Items for Payment' section, click the 'Proceed to Payment' button. Confirm the payment amount then click the 'Continue' button. Confirm the amount to be paid, then click the 'Pay with Credit Card' button. Enter the credit card information (required fields marked by *) then click the 'Payment'
