WHEN PAYING ONLINE, MAKE SURE YOU'RE ON THE 'MY BILLING' SECTION OF THE MENU. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE DASHBOARD, WHICH IS THE FIRST PAGE THAT COMES UP WHEN YOU LOG IN.

Utility Rates and Deposits

Water Rate             $31.00 per month up to 10,000 gallons

                                 $1.25 per thousand gallons for 10,001-50,000

                                 $1.75 per thousand gallons for 50,001-90,000 gallons

                                 $2.25 per thousand gallons for 90,001 gallons

                                 $2.75 per thousand gallons for 130,000 gallons and above

The above Rates only apply during the summer months when the meters are read.

Sewer Rate                  $43.00 per Resolution 2023-06-01 (Starting July 1, 2023)

Late Fee                       $10.00 (after the 23rd of the month)

Water disconnect fee  $50.00 (for nonpayment or at owner's request for disconnect)

Water reconnect fee  $50.00

Any disconnect notice after 2nd notice served per calendar year will have a $25.00 fee added
