Nestled next to Mantua Town Hall and Mantua Park, Mantua Bowery offers a stunning vista of the reservoir and mountains. The Bowery features covered picnic tables, a kitchen, bathrooms, bleacher seating, and a BBQ or Dutch oven cooking area. Park amenities include playground equipment, a baseball diamond, horseshoe pits, and a basketball court, all open to the public and separate from Bowery reservations.

A boat launch fee is applicable, conveniently situated across from Mantua Reservoir, which is perfect for boating, fishing, and water sports. Brigham City manages the reservoir; inquiries should be directed there. 

To reserve Mantua Bowery, contact a clerk at Mantua Town offices during regular business hours or fill out the provided form and bring it to Town Hall. Reservations are accepted year-round, but the bathrooms and kitchen are accessible only from Memorial Day to mid-September due to possible freezing weather conditions. Reservation payments must be made in advance, with no refunds for inclement weather.

Our mission at the Mantua Public Works Department is to provide efficient and high-quality services to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors of our town.

During the spring and summer seasons, our department focuses on maintaining and improving the town's infrastructure. This includes repairing roads, sidewalks, and bridges, as well as landscaping and maintaining public parks and green spaces. We also work diligently to ensure the proper functioning of the town's water supply and sewage systems.

As the fall arrives, our attention shifts to preparing for the winter months. We prioritize snow removal and salting roads to ensure safe travel for all residents. Additionally, we conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition for the colder weather.

Throughout the winter season, our main focus is on snow and ice removal to keep roads clear and safe for residents and emergency services. We also continue to monitor and maintain the town's water supply and sewage systems to prevent any disruptions due to freezing temperatures.

Overall, the Mantua Public Works Department is dedicated to serving the community with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all that we do.
